Has work from home made you a little unhealthy? Have you also started to love staying in the bed? Don't worry! You're not alone.

However, we've got you some pretty easy & quick tips to get you going & let you be focused on your health.  First most important thing to remember while working from home, is to remember to stay hydrated. Focus a little more on yourself!

Here are some quick tips for you to take care of:

Get moving first thing in the morning

One of the best ways to make sure you get some exercise during the day is to start your day off with a workout. Not only will this help you get your metabolism going, but it will also give you more energy throughout the day. If you can’t fit in a full workout, try doing some simple exercises like jumping jacks or push-ups.

Schedule breaks for movement

When you’re working from home, it’s easy to get lost in your work and forget to take breaks. But it’s important to take breaks not only for your mental health, but also for your physical health. Every few hours, take a few minutes to walk around or do some light stretching. This will help keep your body moving and prevent stiffness and soreness.

Put on music and dance

If you need a quick break from work but don’t have time for a formal workout, put on some music and dance around your house. This is a great way to get your heart rate up and have some fun at the same time.

Invest in a standing desk

If you’re going to be working from home for a while, it’s worth investing in a standing desk. This will allow you to stand while you work, which can help improve your posture and reduce stiffness. There are many affordable options available online, or you can even DIY one if you’re feeling creative.

Take the stairs

If you live in an apartment or condo, take the stairs instead of the elevator whenever possible. This is a great way to get some extra steps throughout the day, and it’s also good for your heart health.
